Vinyasa Flow Yoga

My classes explore a different, topical theme to connect the yoga asanas (poses) in a flowing sequence. You are invited to contemplate each week's theme in a beautiful moving meditation that connects you to your mind, body and spirit. Each class finishes with savasana to give you time to integrate the poses into each and every cell.

Benefits of Vinyasa Flow include improved strength, flexibility and balance.

 

 

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is described as a technology to help us cope with the 21st Century. Classes can seem quite different - sometimes even a bit weird - compared to the yoga we expect in the west. With a focus on mantra, music, meditation, mudra and a set of movements called a kriya, you’ll find your spirit uplifted and your soul singing by the end of class.

Benefits of Kundalini Yoga include improved hormone function, a deep sense of calm and spiritual uplift.


 

Yin Yoga

In Yin Yoga we hold the asanas for a long time, sometimes five minutes or more. It’s a slow and peaceful practice with the invitation to go inwards and surrender to yourself. These long holds have many benefits for the body allowing muscles and fascia to stretch and restore as well as allowing for deep peace to enter the body.
